Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (867) 446-4436 at least 24 hours in advance. We greatly appreciate your business, and hope you can appreciate our time. Any no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the cost of your service. This policy also applies to gift card holders. 

For the respect of all guests, cell phones must be turned off or silenced in our treatment areas.

We would like to ensure that our spa sanctuary is a relaxing escape for clients, therefore children are not permitted in treatment areas. Furthermore, please do not leave children unattended, as a spa is not a safe environment.
